What We Need to Work Safely

  • Running water for proper cleaning and sanitation

  • Electricity and lighting to ensure safe visibility

  • A comfortable indoor temperature (no extreme heat or cold)

  • A structurally safe environment free of hazards

For the safety and wellbeing of our cleaners, we require:

If your home is experiencing an outage or unsafe conditions, we’ll gladly reschedule your visit at no charge.​

What's Not Included

To protect both clients and cleaners, we do not perform:

​

  • Biohazard cleanup (including bodily fluids, animal waste, mold remediation)

  • Pest infestation cleanup (fleas, roaches, bedbugs, rodents)

  • Heavy hoarding or hazardous clutter removal

  • Outdoor or construction‑related cleanup

  • Any service that risks injury or exposure to unsafe materials

  • Tasks requiring ladders more than two steps up

  • Service in a home with any unworkable conditions

  • Laundry including washing, drying, or folding

  • Hand washing dishes (dishwasher only)

  • Exterior windows
